Will Call E-Ticket Events/Download & PrintBarCode Email format Ticket Events
For events with Will Call E-tickets, bring a print-out of your email order confirmation and proper ID to the door of the venue. There are no physical tickets, so there is nothing to be shipped or picked up. Will call E-tickets are picked up at the venue box office. Downloadable Barcode E-tickets must be printed out and brought with you the night of the event along with ID. Once your purchase is complete online or over the phone these tickets are emailed to you. Without this ticket you will not be allowed to enter the event. If you have not received them please call us at (212) 255-4233.

Ticket Availability
Tickets ordered online are available within 6 hours for pick-up.

Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if a party is canceled or there is a problem at an event in which customers are denied entry, we will gladly honor your request for a refund but will require the following steps being taken. Customers denied entry for delinquent or inappropriate behavior will not be refunded.
Please mail back your original tickets in tact as verification of non-entry to complete the refund.

Upon receipt of the tickets, we will promptly refund your credit card. Please note that we must receive your tickets to honor a refund so we strongly suggest that you use a traceable shipping method.

Alternatively, you may bring the tickets to our office two business days after the event.

In the case that you selected Will-Call at time of purchase and you do not have physical tickets, please email info@cravetickets.com and we will verify that you were in fact denied entry to the event before issuing the refund.
