The Top O' The Mornin' Party celebration starts at 8am with a 4 hour Open Bar and includes Breakfast. The drinks are already flowing, enjoy beers and well drinks. Toast the beginning of a glorious St Patty's Day of shenanigans and fun with family and friends. Top O' The Mornin' Party Ticket gets you in the door or better yet, grab a Top O’ The Mornin’ All Access Pass which grants you access to all 4 events, Friday 3/15 Kickoff Party at Tavern on Broad, Top O' The Mornin' Breakfast at Tavern on Broad, and 2 days (3/16-3/17) of Philly pub crawling, the biggest St. Paddy’s Day in Philly!
