Philadelphia Bar and Restaurant is the rustic pairing of Craft beer and Comfort food. We carry over 80 beers in bottles and cans, we have 16 rotary drafts with a selection that highlights some of the best local microbrews, such as Troegs, Dogfish Head, Victory, Flying Fish. And we are proud to be one of only five bars in the City to offer a beer engine…and we have two! PBR also offers a full service bar as a compliment to our full menu which features our “famous” Mac and Cheese—just like Mom used to make. Our menu also offers our version of the classic grilled cheese sandwich and homemade tomato soup, as well as bar staples, also with a twist, such as our stilton wings and chessesteak spring rolls.
Transformed from the former Young’s Meats Butcher shop, our layout is spacious and open, featuring picture windows which border the restaurant. PBR is conveniently located in Historic Old City right off of Penns Landing, with outdoor seating (situated on Market and Leticia Streets). We are also open for Brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
