All sales are final and non-refundable. If, for any reason, you (“transferor”) are unable to attend your ticketed event, you may transfer your ticket to another party (“transferee). The process is simple: just forward your e-ticket to the other party. Barcrawls is not involved in any arrangements you may make between yourself and that party for reimbursement or compensation. The transferee may want to contact us to check that their e-ticket is valid. Once you transfer your ticket, you waive your right to dispute the charge on your credit card. If your event is canceled, Barcrawls will inform you of the cancellation and offer options to transfer your ticket to another event or refund the amount you paid for your tickets. Refunds will be issued to the credit used to purchase the Ticket. If your credit card has expired, we cannot issue a refund. Barcrawls and Sites will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed Event.
WARNING: There are scalpers, unauthorized sellers, and unscrupulous sellers who claim to be us. If you have not received our order confirmation, you may have purchased from a fraudulent party. If a dishonest seller has received the funds for your purchase, and we do not have the funds, we cannot refund your money for that purchase. Be sure you are buying from us or one of our authorized resellers. You will know this when you check out: check that the banner header indicates you are checking out with Barcrawls. You hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Barcrawls and any affiliate companies relating to unauthorized ticket sales.
